Welcome to PCOSfriendly.co.uk

posticon

Pcosfriendly was opened in August 2006 as an alternative to other PCOS sites out there, particularly UK-based sites. We found that not every woman with PCOS wanted to talk about their health all the time, and some simply wanted somewhere to escape the reminder of having PCOS. Pcosfriendly is somewhere you can choose to talk about Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, or simply chat about your day, local news, gossip, music - anything goes! We hope that by offering you this choice, you'll find a much more relaxed atmosphere and find it easy to make new friends.

At PCOSfriendly, we hope to inform, support and raise awareness of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome in a friendly, non-judgemental way. Although the site is UK based, we accept members from all walks of life, and if you feel you could contribute to a lively, supportive forum and website, please join and say hello! We have members from all over the globe, and also offer support and chat to friends, family and partners of those with PCOS.

We try to focus more on you as a person, than someone with a condition. We have a lot of general chat topics, jokes, stories, photos, online games and there's always a friendly ear to listen. We also have a section dedicated to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, and a private chat section for more delicate subjects.
